We have good news to share! Dejun Industrial received 52 electronic wire rope hoists from a Uzbekistan client. Wire rope electric lifts are widely used in factories and warehouses. This client requires some lifting hoists. Our engineers recommended electric wire rope lifts. According to the condition of their factory and their application requirements, they bought 1 ton, 3.2 ton, 5 ton, and 10 ton electric wire hoists. Normally, we recommend a machine based on your requirements. Keep reading for details on this order.
What Is The Electric Wire Rope Hoist?
Wire rope electric lifts are known for their compact size, light weight, as well as compact structure. The electric wire rope hoists can be used to lift mechanical equipment, including in projects such as construction and civil engineering of buildings and roads, ships, automobile manufacturing or construction, highways, and bridges. The reducer, control box (or control unit), wire rope, conical electric motor, and button switch are the main components of a cable rope hoist. The following are the roles and functions of each part:
Reducer: This reducer is equipped with a three stage fixed-axis helical geared transmission. The gears as well as the gear shafts have been heat-treated, and both the box body and cover are constructed of high quality cast iron. The assembly has good sealing and is tightly assembled.
Control box: The control unit is equipped in an emergency with a device for cutting the main circuit. Also, it has a switch to limit upper and bottom travel.
The wire cord: It uses a type lifting durable wire cable.
The conical Motor: The lifting motor is equipped with a conical brake rotor asynchronous rotor motor capable of high torque. It does not require an external braking system.
Button Switch: Available as both a rope-controlled remote control and a ropeless remote, it is able to be operated with ease and flexibility.
Tips For Wire Rope Hoist Operation
1. You should not adjust the brake when lifting heavy objects.
2. As the object lifts nears or reaches its rated load, you should perform a test lift at low height first. This is followed by a lift at minimum height. Never lift heavy objects over someone.
3. The safety rope on the drum must have at least three turns when the electric hoist is set to its lowest working position.
4. If you hear a loud noise while using the device, first stop and check. Then, start it again once you've eliminated the fault.
