Law is a type of social science, which is concerned with studying the behavior of the individual within the community and comparing it with the behavior of the surrounding individuals, where the people working in this field have the responsibility to punish any person who may depart from the foundations and rules that have been established in this society, and it is concerned with giving rights and imposing Duties to regulate the relations between the individual and the institutions or organizations of society, as it is comprehensive and inclusive of all without exception, and its source is either the constitution, custom, or religion, or from the ruling authority, and in this article we will tell you about the types of law.

Public Law
It is a set of rules and legislation that regulate the relationship between the state and its institutions, whether governmental or private institutions, ministries or others, and all individuals without exception. The general law affects everyone, and it is divided into several sections:

Constitutional law: It includes legislation and rules, through which the definition of the system of government followed in the state, and the duty of this law is to ensure that all members of the state are given political rights, such as the right to vote in elections, or even to run for them and others.
Financial law: which would control the state treasury, and regulate budgets in terms of consumption or storage and expenditures in general.

Administrative Law: It is the law concerned with the relationship between administrative institutions and members of society. These institutions are responsible for managing all public utilities used by individuals in the state, and they are also responsible for the recruitment process and the subsequent stages.

Other subsidiary laws: such as customs law, market laws, education laws and others.

private law
It is the law concerned with regulating relations with individuals at the same level. There is no superior or subordinate. This law is divided into a group of sections, namely:

Civil law: concerned with regulating all financial transactions, in addition to personal status related to individuals, examples of which are: property rights, obtaining citizenship, insurance and others.

Commercial law: concerned with regulating the commercial aspect of individuals in society, such as the method of payment and the rights of commercial companies, examples of which are: Banking Law, buying and selling financial shares, and others.

Civil and Commercial Procedures Law: This law regulates a mechanism that directs individuals to institutions concerned with the judiciary and justice to file a specific complaint, resolve a dispute, submit an appeal, and other actions to claim rights.

Other laws
Labor Law: It is the law responsible for regulating the relationship between employers and employees, such as regulating work contracts or wages and others.

The Code of Criminal Procedure: sets the rules for organizing crimes, as well as classifying them according to degrees, to issue the appropriate punishment.
